Born in Los Angeles, California to Nigerian parents and now based in Dallas, Texas, Ruby Mbelu is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee and Tennessee State University, where she studied Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology.

With over 16 years of experience, she has built a thriving career at the intersection of education and business. She is the owner and operator of multiple successful childcare and preschool facilities across the Dallas metroplex, where she has helped shape the lives of hundreds of children and families.

Her centers have earned numerous awards, secured millions of dollars in grants, and have been featured in local media publications for their excellence and innovation. Her work has led to impactful partnerships with major institutions, including the Dallas Independent School District, Mesquite Independent School District, Harmony Schools, and Pre-K Today programs.
